 It will always be with you out on the soccer field no matter what you do.

So, know that you know what is going on in your head,

what are you going to do about it!

 

 

Yes, what are you going to do when you:

                                        feel pressure?

                                    make a mistake?

                                    feel rushed?

                                    feel emotional?

 

Nothing?!

 

You can practice for hours every day, and your id will always be there.

Your id will tell you that you are wasting your time practicing.

  • You have to learn to think positive all the time.
  • You have to learn exactly what to think when you step out on the field.
  • You have to learn exactly what to do when you step out on the field.
  • Then you advanced to more difficult things to do while you are thinking a certain way.

    It is a slow process. It is not done over night, and it is a way to have some control over your ID.

   You will also know when your ID is trying to take over your thinking and your actions. Before it makes          you do something bad that you don't want to do.

  You will have a good day out on the field followed by a bad out on the field.

  There are a lot professional soccer players who do just that and now you know why.
